About IN PROCESS
Everyone is in process
IN PROCESS was created from a simple belief: you don't have to have everything figured out to deserve support.
Life rarely changes in neat, predictable ways. Careers shift. Relationships evolve. Identities change. Expectations get disrupted. Sometimes, even when things look fine from the outside, something inside feels uncertain, disconnected, or harder to make sense of.
We created IN PROCESS to offer a different kind of therapy—one that makes room for the complexity of being human.
Therapy here isn't about fixing what's “wrong” with you. It's about slowing down enough to understand what's happening, recognizing the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, and figuring out what you want to do next.
Why We Created IN PROCESS
Mark and Jenny created IN PROCESS because too much of therapy can feel like a search for a quick answer.
But people are more complicated than that.
Sometimes you don't need another productivity strategy.
Sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what decision to make.
Sometimes you need space to understand why the decision feels so difficult in the first place.
IN PROCESS is designed for that space.
Our work brings together clinical expertise, genuine curiosity, and a belief that therapy should help people develop a deeper relationship with themselves and the people around them.
We don't believe change means becoming a completely different person.
Sometimes change means becoming more fully yourself.
Meet the Founders
Mark Covington, PhD, LPC
Co-Founder & Therapist
Mark is a counselor, educator, and clinician with more than a decade of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, career transitions, burnout, and major life changes.
His approach is relational and psychodynamic, integrating attachment-informed and evidence-based approaches. He is particularly interested in what happens when the strategies that once helped us succeed no longer seem to work—and how therapy can create space for something different.
Mark brings experience across psychotherapy, clinical supervision, integrated behavioral health, and clinical operations. He also teaches and trains counselors, with a particular interest in professional identity, ethics, relationships, and the complexities of clinical work.
At the center of his work is a simple question:
What is happening here—and what might it mean?
Rather than rushing toward advice or solutions, Mark works collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns underneath what they're experiencing while also identifying practical ways to move forward.

Meet the Founders
Jenny Ha, PhD, LPC
Co-Founder & Therapist
Jenny brings her own clinical perspective and experience to IN PROCESS, with a focus on creating a therapeutic space where clients can be understood without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change often begins with feeling safe enough to be honest—with ourselves and with someone else.
Jenny works collaboratively with clients to explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape how they move through the world. Her approach emphasizes connection, self-understanding, and developing ways of responding to life's challenges that feel more authentic and sustainable.
She believes therapy should be a place where clients can slow down, be curious about themselves, and develop a clearer sense of what they need—not simply learn how to tolerate a life that doesn't fit.
